Family-Informed Intervention Care

When trauma and stress affect our lives, we instinctively, no matter positively or negatively, find ways to “change and adapt” how we cope with life's challenges as a method of survival. Resilience isn't an all-or-nothing concept. Whether or not our coping methods are the right or wrong way is an answer that only resides deep within you. Family resilience is more complex due to the involvement of dynamic factors like our family communication patterns, our family system types, and the interactions and relationships between individual personalities, making the resilience adversity process at times daunting, especially when lifespan development stages result in communication barriers. FRAA Recovery groups, family-based interventions, and one-on-one professional counseling provide the help so we can begin building new foundations of hope and healing that we are all worthy to experience.
